Sorry I haven't posted in a while, but I just returned from New York, so I will be posting pictures sometime this week.  Its so good to finally be back ;)

Thanks to Bethany at Liberty Or Death for nominating me for the Beautiful Blog Award!

Here are the questions I was asked to answer for this award:

1. If you could have an expenses- paid vacation to anywhere in the world, where would you go, and why?
     Hmmm... I think it would be India.  I did a report on the country and the people, and ever since, its been my dream to go someday.

2. What would you like to accomplish by the end of 2014?
     definately would like to be working full time and be able to butcher like a pro ;)

3. What are a few of your favorite quotes?

4.  What Bible character do you relate to most, and why?
      Wow.  This is a tough one.  I really have no idea.  I can say that Esther and Daniel are my favorites, but I think I can relate mostly to Jonah.  I can totally understand why he was upset when God decided to spare Ninevah.  It seems selfish to us, but really, if I'm in that situation with my sister being punished for something that she's doing that's wrong, I'm the first to say, "Bring it on!"  Obviously that's the wrong attitude, but it reminds me of Jonah every time something like that happens.

5. What is your dream car?
    Oh my!  I don't have a dream car, but I do have a dream truck! ;)  Either a Ford F350 or a big Dodge truck with a full bed.  Oh, and did I mention, it must be diesel.  

6. Are you a morning person, or a night owl?
    I am definately a morning person over a night owl. I like to be up by 6:30am and I need to be in bed by 9 or 9:30.  Sleepovers are exceptions of course.

7. Do you have a favorite flower or plant?
     Yes, carnations are probably my favorite flowers along with roses and tulips.

8. What are some of your favorite foods?
    Pizza!  Ham and party potatoes!  Asparagus!  Hamburgers on the grill!  Subs!

9. What cause(s) are you most opinionated about?
     I don't really know.  Definately abortion is way up there, but I'd almost have to be in a conversation to tell if I have a strong opinion about it.  I usually have opinions, but I don't know which is strongest.  

10. What is the best advice on life you can give in up to three sentences?
     Trust the Lord...He has a perfect plan for your life.  Live to serve Him in all you do and say.  Never stop sharing His love with the people around you... let them see His love in you.

Senior Pictures!!!

Wow!  Its been a long time sonce I posted last...my apologies.  I've been terribly busy with work and finishing up school and getting ready for graduation.  But in the mess of all that, I was able to have some senior pictures taken, and I had a lot of fun doing them ;)  My mom's a great photographer, eh?

We first went to an old schoolhouse where we used to do co-ops with another family from our church when we were young.  It brought back a lot of fond memories :)

 I believe this one still stands as my favorite ;)
